Enhanced Security also known as (MFA) Multi Factor Authentication- our new security feature that allows you to create a personalized account security checkpoint with your own unique combination of a security image and a personal phrase. Along with this enhancement your account # and password will be located on two separate pages. This improvement makes it far more difficult for Internet criminals to access your personal information.
Because we’re committed to ensuring that your account is secure, we’ve structured Enhanced Security to prevent unauthorized account access in two important ways:
1. Enhanced Security displays your security image and personal phrase during login so you can confirm that you are accessing your credit union’s valid website rather than an impostor website. This will help protect you from unwittingly revealing your User ID and Password to “phishers.” If you do not see your image and phrase, do not enter your password. Contact the credit union immediately.
2. Enhanced Security allows you to register your computer with us to help us recognize your computer during login. If we are unable to recognize the computer from which the login attempt is made, or if the login seems to be unusual in any way (for example, if it occurs at a time of day that is not historically typical for your account) you will be required to answer a security question before login can continue. This will help to safeguard your account against login attempts by unauthorized parties.
Home Banking allows you to have access to your accounts via the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the convenience of your home, office, on the road or anywhere around the world.
This secure site is protected with the latest standards in internet security for all your financial transactions. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be required to access your account information.
If you already have a PIN number you may enter Home Banking from any page within the website. The link is located within the banner.
